Calculation Method Menu

Change between 'Standard' and '2+2' method. The used algorithm for enumeration + simulation will be changed.

The "Standard" method is slower but needs less main memory and is immediately serviceable. The '2+2' method is faster, but before the first use, the file 'handRanks.dat' (ca. 127 MB) has to be created and loaded into main memory (See also the links in Thanks to for more information). The location for the 'handRanks.dat' file will be your common application data directory.

Note: For better performance all CPU cores will be used regardless which method is used or if it is a simulation or an enumeration!
